No. The template builder is no-code, so your own professionals can build and adjust templates with drag and drop - without a single line of code. And if you want to go deeper, the same templates can be set up in highly advanced ways: conditional logic, so fields and whole sections appear only when relevant, and automatic calculations across fields - of prices and quotes, for example. It still takes no developer.

Yes. QReport is built for working on site and works fully without an internet connection. When you're back online, all data syncs automatically.

Yes. QReport has a RESTful API and integrates with most systems - e.g. ERP, CRM, digital contract solutions, single sign-on (SSO), SharePoint, OneDrive and Azure. Integrations are typically offered as a fixed subscription, so you know the cost up front.

Because inspections run on the same template every time, the responses are comparable. Deviations are collected so they can be followed through, and results can be held against earlier periods and against each other - department by department, for example. That gives management a basis for seeing where an effort pays off, instead of judging from individual cases. Reports can be sent automatically to the right recipients, so follow-up happens while the matter is still current.

Yes. With Dashboard you build your own views of the collected data: choose the chart type, filter by department or period, and set up separate dashboards for different recipients. The charts can be taken straight into the finished reports. Dashboard is an add-on to QReport for a small additional fee - see an example on the front page.

QReport is a subscription billed per user per month, and the price drops in tiers as you add more users. Updates, support and access to our template library are included, so there is no separate licence or maintenance bill on top.

If you need special templates or advanced setups - a finished report that has to be built in one very specific way, for example - we give you a fixed price for that as a one-off task.
